چکیده
Objective: To investigate the relationship between postprandial blood glucose (PBG), fasting insulin (FINS), and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels early diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: 96 cases of diabetes mellitus treated our hospital from May 2021 to 2022 were selected as research subjects. The divided into two groups according urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), 53 group (UAER < 30 ?g/min) 43 (30 ?g/min ? UAER 300 ?g/min). PBG, FINS, HbA1c detected 87 healthy patients. Results: higher than those control (P 0.01) 0.01). Conclusion: are factors affecting occurrence diabetes; thus, controlling can effectively prevent mellitus.

Correlation between Glycated Hemoglobin, Serum Glucose and Serum Lipid Levels in Type 2 Diabetes
Abstract Objective: Diabetes mellitus is the most common metabolic disease. One of the most common problems in diabetic patients is atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease which is induced by hyperlipidemia. Impaired lipid metabolism resulting from uncontrolled hyperglycemia has been implicated in cardiovascular complications in diabetic patients. Also, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) has been rega...
متن کاملRelationship of glycated hemoglobin, and fasting and postprandial hyperglycemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Malaysia
AIMS/INTRODUCTION Studies on the relative contributions of fasting and postprandial hyperglycemia (FH and PPH) to glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c ) in patients with type 2 diabetes have yielded inconsistent results. We aimed to assess the relationship by using continuous glucose monitoring in a multi-ethnic cohort. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 100 adults with type 2 diabetes were assessed with...

Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a heterogeneous group of different metabolic disorders that are characterized by chronic increase of blood glucose, cardiovascular diseases, and proteins, lipids and carbohydrate metabolism disorder. Leptin, that is a marker of fat mass in the body, has an important role in the body total metabolism and glucose homeostasis. Aim: To investigate the effect of 12 w...
